Because DevOp is an Agentic IDE processing sensitive source code, we have designed our data practices to provide maximum transparency and control over your intellectual property.

  • Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our secure payment processors collect your payment details. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Code Privacy and AI Models

Your source code is your most valuable asset. How DevOp handles your code depends strictly on the AI models you choose to employ:

Local Models (e.g., Ollama)

If you configure DevOp to use local, open-weight models running on your own hardware, none of your code, prompts, or context is sent to Aethaar or any third party. All processing happens entirely on your machine.

Cloud Models

If you choose to use cloud-based AI features, DevOp will securely transmit only the necessary code snippets and prompts to our trusted third-party AI providers to generate a response. We strictly partner with providers who explicitly agree not to use your data to train their foundational models without permission.

Model Training

Aethaar does not use your private code to train our own models unless you explicitly opt-in to a specific data-sharing program.

4. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure Aethaar DevOp.
  • Process transactions and manage your billing subscriptions.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the performance and features of the IDE.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
